happy 2016

last December I mentioned that I wanted to turn drawing into a habit, so @penthesilence​ challenged me to fill a small sketchbook each month in 2015. some months I succeeded and some I didn’t, but it turned out that that kind of regimented approach was what I needed to kick me into gear.

anyway, here’s a highlight from each sketchbook. revisiting my work was funny - some things I hated when I drew but I like now, and vice versa. onto 2016 (sparkle emoji)
